In the contemporary business landscape, mergers and acquisitions (M&As) have become crucial strategies for companies aiming to drive growth and enhance their competitive positioning. This research article provides a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of M&As in fueling business growth, examining a range of factors that influence M&A outcomes. Through a mixed-methods approach, integrating both quantitative and qualitative analyses, the study explores the impact of strategic alignment, integration processes, and cultural compatibility on M&A success.
