The urgent need to combat climate change has led to the widespread adoption of renewable energy policies aimed at reducing carbon emissions. This paper evaluates the effectiveness of such policies in miti-gating carbon emissions by analyzing data from regions with varying renewable energy initiatives. Through a comprehensive review of literature, case studies, and statistical analysis, this research assesses the impact of renewable energy policies on carbon emissions reduction, identifies key factors influencing their efficacy, and offers insights for policymakers and stakeholders to optimize renewable energy strategies.
